Fall registration fee for the 2016-2017 school year is an annual fee and is non-refundable. These fees are used to buy supplies. When the registration fee is received, then the child or children are considered officially enrolled.
Registration fees are non-refundable
We are a self-supporting, non-profit organization and operate on the fees collected. Our fees are a flat monthly fee from August through July and are not adjusted for holiday, child illnesses, vacation time, or any other reason. No month will be prorated regardless of the program schedule. In order to hold your child’s place in the class monthly fees must be kept current.
Monthly fees are due by the 5th of each month and are late after the 15th. A late fee will be assessed if not paid by the 15th of the month. There will be a charge for any returned checks. Any changes to the registration form and days enrolled must be approved by the director. There will be no make up days or switching days. There will be no refunds for students who have been withdrawn during the middle of the month.
